- Returns are only accepted for items in "as-shipped" condition (brand new) within 30 calendar days of the ship date for full refund (less shipping and gift wrap)
- There are no returns on frames, complete bikes, or any food/energy products
- Returns received after 30 days of the ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Returns are NOT accepted after 60 days
We recommend using a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
If you believe we shipped you an incorrect item, we will provide a return label for you, with these steps
- Send an email to email@example.com.
- Include your name, order number, and which product is incorrect
- Include a picture of the product, specifically the hang tag, bar code, part number, so we can verify what was shipped
- Once verified, we will email you a return label from either UPS, FedEx or USPS to return the product
- We will also ship out the correct product
If you believe you have a defective product
- Depending on the brand, there are different procedures. We will help you the best we can, providing instructions as we go.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include your name, order number, and phone number (we might need to call to discuss the product)
- Include a picture of the product, specifically the defective part
- Include a description of what is defective
- Depending on the manufacturer and age of the product, we will notify you how to proceed.
- We issue refunds within 72 hours of an order being returned
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. There are NO exceptions
- If you have a credit card that was lost or stolen, refunds will still go back to that same credit card, and the card issuer will transfer the money to your new account
