New Stem Cap Clip-on System (SCCS). OverUnder design fixes extensions below and arm rests slightly above handlebar. Solves most problems associated with classic clip-ons. Stresses handlebars only where bar is designed to be stressed. Works with Italian road bars that taper immediately outside stem clamp. Four stem bolts provide easy on/off feature. Fits all Oval Concepts RBT stems. Fits every classic road bar. Fits most aero shaped road bars that don't accept round clamps. Fits all Oval Concepts A900 carbon and A700 alloy extensions (22.2mm diameter). Forged and machined 6061 T-6
