New A721 DoubleOver Stem Cap Clip-On System (SCCS) is a Modular System so all parts are sold separately. A721 DoubleOver SCCS Front Cap forms the base for mounting the clip-on. A721 SCCS Modular Clip-On shown includes: SCCS system stresses handlebars only where bar is designed to be stressed. DoubleOver design fixes extensions above and arm rests slightly above extensions for a higher profile aero position. DoubleOver design solves many set-up problems with short headtube frames like the Cervelo P3 or Ridley Dean.
