New A921 DoubleOver Stem Cap Clip-On System (SCCS) is a Modular System so all parts are sold separately. A921 DoubleOver SCCS Stem Cap forms the base for mounting the clip-on. A921 SCCS Modular Clip-On shown includes: A921 SCCS Stem Cap. A900 Carbon S-Bend Extensions in Red. A900 Carbon Arm Rests in Red. A900 5mm Arm Rest Pads. R900 Carbon RBT Stem. SCCS system stresses handlebars only where bar is designed to be stressed. DoubleOver design fixes extensions above and arm rests slightly above extensions for a higher profile aero position. DoubleOver design solves many set-up problems with short headtube frames like the Cervelo P3 or Ridley Dean.
