Excellent alloy rack, attaches to pannier mounts on frame or is also supplied with rack wrap-around clips for easy mounting. Compatable with Beto deluxe baby carrier seat to allow easy transfer of seat between bikes quickly. Universal mounting to all 700c and 26" bikes.
