Expandable rack bag with insulated main compartment. Vinyl bottom for longer wear. Reflective stripping around top of bag for safety and visibility. 2 side pockets and inside pouch for holding smaller items and clip for keys. Panniers fold out of side pockets for additional carrying capacity, and fold away when not in use. Elastic bungee on top to hold lighter, smaller items on top of bag.
