Product Description
The Insulatour uses ultrasonically-welded baffl es to seal a front layer of insulation that keeps the cold out and the warmth in, providing a lightweight barrier to the cold. Feminine circular quilt-patterned fabric provides protection from wind and water, and is exceptionally breathable.
