That is amazing considering that it is the size of a walnut and weighs less than 1 ounce (27 grams), including batteries! The Petzl E+LITE is perfect to leave in your backpack, purse, boat, car, first aid kit, luggage, etc. for those unexpected emergencies where having light can make the difference between an epic adventure or a walk in the park. The Petzl e+LITE has three white LEDs with 2 levels of light and 1 red LED for preserving night vision. The brightest setting on the White LEDs shines up to 19 meters. Both the red and white LEDs have a flashing function for signaling. The Petzl e+LITE comes with a removable, thin elastic adjustable headband to fit comfortably on your head, around your neck, your arm, etc. Additionally, the e+Light can be clipped to a pocket, bill of a cap, book, etc. Mounted on a ball and socket joint, the e+LITE tilts and pivots 360 degrees allowing you to orient the light to where you want. A positive lock switch prevents accidental operation of the light. The e+LITE comes with a compact and convenient storage case.
