Product Description
The newest addition to our Pro Level clothing offerings is FRC-Custom™. This exciting new line offers the fit, fabrics, quality and performance that were previously only available in Giordana’s FormaRed-Carbon line. Cyclists that experienced this new ultra-performance clothing were no longer willing to settle for less. They wanted the same performance and quality with their team or club uniforms. At the time, many of the materials used were not printable and the paneling of the garments did not lend itself to accept the “billboard” printing that is required on most custom kits. The advent of new fabrics and countless hours working with our pattern makers has finally enabled us to realize this fantastic new collection that takes custom printing to unprecedented levels of performance and quality. For custom apparel, the new FRC-Custom removes compromise from the equation. Ultra-light Asteria™ fabric is used for the majority of the FRC-Custom Trade Jersey, keeping the overall weight to a minimum. Incredibly soft, the fabric is 14% spandex and utilizes a honeycomb knit, allowing omni-directional stretch for optimal fit. A second fabric, Ametista™, lends the carbon element to the FR-C name. Ametista has threads of carbon woven through it, allowing the material
to be lighter, stronger and more durable. Carbon has the added benefit of reducing electrical interference around internal organs. At the cuffs and at the waist, Ametista is backed with the signature red Antigua™ to form the Aerofix Gripper System™, which holds the jersey perfectly in place with a seamless feel. This material is perforated to create pockets of air next to the skin and to allow airflow to pass through. The result is a light, breathable gripper that keeps the skin cool and dry underneath. Other key features include a reversed full front CamLock™ zip, four needle flatstitching, three rear pockets with a fourth vertical zippered compartment. Sizes S-3XL.
