The Minoura VFS-3 R Trainer uses a Fluid+Magnetic system which uses fluid resistance to generate an exponential power curve for simulating the headwind you feel when riding, and the magnetic resistance accelerates the power curve necessary for building muscle. The 1.5kg machined steel flywheel delivers an incredibly smooth, powerful and progressive flow of resistance. Adjust the resistance level using your handlebar shift lever. The Minoura VFS-3 R Trainer lets you choose from seven different positions that simulate real road riding conditions. The gravity type frame stabilizes your bike and provides automatic pressure adjustment of the roller to the rear tire - minimizing tire slippage and premature tire wear. The Minoura VFS-3 R Trainer also has a Front fork stand that supports the bike by the front wheel and rear hub for added stability. Adjusts to any wheelbase between 820-1120mm. Entire unit folds down in seconds without any tools for easy storage.
