Product Details

These new Pannier DryBags from Topeak feature fully seam-sealed construction and roll-top closures for maximum protection from the elements. Each pannier features one large main compartment with locking roll-top closure. Durable 850-denier nylon construction with 3M reflective patches for increased visibility. Quick-release Hook and Lock system attaches the panniers securely and makes installation and removal a snap. Fits racks sizes 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.

The bags are a good size and easy to load and unload items into them. One of the bolts already ripped through the material and I had to find a larger washer to fix it. Also, they're not that easy to get on/off the rack. They appear to be easy, but for some reason they don't always want to come off. Maybe it's user error, but I don't think so.
