Very wide, yet very low profile, this brand new saddle was designed for the upright rider who wants a lot of support, but doesn't want the look of a big goofy pillow top. Covered with a sueded Alcantara (very tech synthetic being used in lots of car interiors) so it's soft to the touch, with Terry cutaway and cromoly rails. Due to the narrowness through the nose and the firm support provided in the rear, you could actually do lots of miles on this saddle without suffering from foam fatigue, a common affliction of recreational saddles that have too much padding and cause weight to be spread out across soft tissue areas after about an hour or so. The key to longer riding is to have your sit bones supporting your weight, not your soft tissues. Made in Italy.
